All sales are full and final. In the case of inclement weather, the event will proceed at the discretion of organizers of The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II. In addition, I also assume all risks and dangers incidental to the The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II and her organizers, including loss or damage to property, personal injury or death, and hereby forever release, discharge and hold the The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II Waiver of Liability I assume full responsibility and liability for my participation in and attendance at The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II. In addition, I also assume all risks and dangers incidental to the The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II and her organizers, including loss or damage to property, personal injury or death, and hereby forever release, discharge and hold the The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II organizers, its directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or representatives harmless from any claim arising from such risk, even if arising from the negligence of the The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II, its directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or representatives, or by third parties. Photography & Photo Release I acknowledge that photography with DSLR, mirrorless, and any full-frame or crop sensor digital camera is not permitted at the The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II unless otherwise accredited by the organizers of The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II through our approved media list. I acknowledge that I may be asked by security, volunteers, and/or staff to put away any camera as defined above for the duration of the event, and if I persist I may be asked to leave the event. The Event reserves the right to determine what cameras, photography and photographs are deemed non-permissible, and I will agree to remove my photos from any public-facing social media platforms, websites, and publications at the discretion of the Event and her organizers. By purchasing a meal voucher to The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II, I agree to all of the terms above. I also consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release for publication, exhibition or reproduction by The Suya Experiment Volume II/ The Afro Cookout Volume II and its affiliates in the future. Oppressive and/or abusive behavior that makes others feel unsafe will not be tolerated. Such behaviors include, but are not limited to: – Offensive, derogatory, threatening, aggressive, or silencing comments related to gender identity + expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, language, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, socioeconomic standing, or otherwise – Violence, intimidation, stalking, or unwanted following of a person – Persistent micro-aggressions in the form of comments, jokes, or otherwise – Inappropriate physical contact without consent – Unwelcome sexual attention – Advocating or encouraging any of the above behavior
